Burger was overcooked, cold and stuck to roll. Scampi overcooked. Spring roll covered in batter which it shouldn't be. Garlic bread awful, couldn't eat it, felt as though it had been kept warm too long. Chips stodgy and cold to warm.

Quality great, food warm, just unfortunate i received the wrong fish order, ordered breaded fish received battered fish, just had it as i didnt want to wait another delivery but was disappointed, usually spot on, defo will reuse.

Fantastic! Piping hot. Fish fresh and crispy batter. Chips not greasy at all. Back to Alfies best standards.

I've never waited so long on delivery before kids were climbing the walls lol. It was almost 2 hours, and it was very disappointing.

The fish was perfectly cooked and the batter on point as always. I never got my food until 7:55 and it was stone cold, the paper was damp on the outside like it had been with the delivery driver for a while, rather disappointing.

I ordered a smaller version of fish and chips which turned out to be of very poor quality.. Chips were fine but fish was very dried out and tough, so not pleasant to eat. I have previously bought the larger fish supper which I've always enjoyed, but I won't buy again. I spent £30+ on suppers so was very disappointed my supper quality experience was so below par.

Delivery was very good, driver very good. Food as per usual cannot beat it.

I am convinced that your fish in the early evening is reheated from the night before. Dry fish, greasy thick batter. Horrible!! Chips too were not their usual standard - floppy, luke warm. You can, and do so much much better!!

They put the brown sauce on the wrong supper and one of the suppers had a handful of chips like a kids portion
