Brill food service is great and delivery really nice

Accidentally ordered a doner and cheese roll to receive what was Frozen doner meat and a plastic cheese slice slapped on a dry roll. Pizza was good but the roll was a massive disappointment

Never received my order after I was told it was confirmed and would be delivered. And no communication or nothing. Very poor service.

It was worth the wait as it was a while albeit a Saturday night. It was hot and freshly cooked so no complaints. Nothing worse than getting a takeaway that's cold and late. We were all happy with our meals.

Alfie’s is our usual go to chippy, never any complaints, except last night our chips were terrible, not the usual standard at all.

Burger was overcooked, cold and stuck to roll. Scampi overcooked. Spring roll covered in batter which it shouldn't be. Garlic bread awful, couldn't eat it, felt as though it had been kept warm too long. Chips stodgy and cold to warm.

Quality great, food warm, just unfortunate i received the wrong fish order, ordered breaded fish received battered fish, just had it as i didnt want to wait another delivery but was disappointed, usually spot on, defo will reuse.

Fantastic! Piping hot. Fish fresh and crispy batter. Chips not greasy at all. Back to Alfies best standards.

Food wasn’t hot on arrival due to driver not having hot holding bag. Also way too much batter on the fish.

Icelandic was a bit overcooked but the fish supper was perfect.
